So everyone is on the same page and this disclosed agreement has actually already been closed due to the fact that they did file this 8K? Am I correct in saying that? This talking point seems to be a big issue with some on this board who are waiting for this closing that has in fact already happened.
Holding long and strong with about as much of the OS that I can quietly own. IMHO
