This is Huge and Gigantic News.
Basically the $750 millions should have been spent on SFOR,,And this is just one defendant who spent this much., As more companys, continue to settle,it's gonna lead to a chain reaction of settlements,,,,,Just,Imagine when we get to Google and Symantec,,,and many more. ZPaul - I'm very anxious to see the TRUSTWAVE settlement too and should be pretty sweet! Of course the other 2 will be good, but TRUSTWAVE thinking much better! ;-)

If parties play nice and not hard ball, maybe SFOR will lighten up some with the treble damages - use the x3 as a negotiating tool ;-)

Then the license fees for reoccurring revenue is icing on the cake!

Then bring on the other big guns like GOOG, etc.

I like the Points E & F of the Plaintiff,,because that means the Defendant Duo Security, lose money if they choose to play delay tactics.They cannot keep making income from the patent infrigements unless they Settle ASAP
