Yes, if you read the Pacer update from yesterday, Judge is requesting the status of settlement, which indicates that, they were working on negotiations and ironing out the terms of settlement etc. I hope SFOR's attorney https://www.blankrome.com/index.cfm?contentID=10&bioID=3037 cut a nice deal with cash and royalties for present, past & future sales by all three infringers.
