If Heartland wants to speak to Fagan or even Harry, I'm sure that they are able to do so very easily. They have "power" because of their position. This board also has similar "power" because of our collective membership. Why should an organized, formal fund have more access to management then this organized formal board should ? Why is there always a double standard ? Perhaps this board should have a few designated delegates that could speak directly to officers & directors on a pre-arranged negociated basis. Our delagates need to negociate this with Janet's office. I think that some type of monthly conversation with various officers & directors could be agreed to by both parties. We're a large, well educated group of shareholders who deserve equal treatment, similar to what the analysts and the funds receive.
I believe that our delagates can convince IDCC to honor our request. Just do it ...
