3rdgen: The problem in trying to call various management personnel directly and get answers to questions, is that the person has to be very careful providing information. While you might think it is a simple question, as illustrated by Janet's non answer to Ron's question about clariying the meaning of "threshhold amount" , the company may feel they cannot provide that information without violating the SEC's regulation on Fair Disclosure. With contacts being restricted, there is less chance of an unintended violation.
