Perhaps the treatment arm PFS is strong enough that they have not reached the number of events, since they are 2/3 of the population? That is a possibility. And, those people, along with the ones who have evented and went on to treatment are potentially "ALL living longer". If the data is still blinded, how would Linda know the PFS? She would however be able to look at the OS stats and if they are living longer than any expected median, then she would be in a position to make the comment she made.
