# of events...I am confused...If a patient crosses over because they progressed, isn't that an event??? Why haven't we reached the # of events that would un-blind the trial??? So, the patient who progressed gets a real treatment, not knowing if he/she got the real treatment the first time...so what??? it should be counted as an event when he/she crosses over, right??? "everyone living longer???" that would include real treatments + crossovers, but aren't crossovers counted as an event??? sorry, same question asked as many ways as a confused person can...why haven't we reached the # of events to end the trial and un-blind the results....thanks, longnwbo
