I'm a large investor and currently know 7 private investors holding more shares then my 320k holding .....

We ALL care about the investigation Mr Black is finalizing .

Prosecution will be sought and that's not my opinion.

Investors do not care about that NWBO investigation

Clearly the above is just one of say ~6 potential propellants.
When it has been clear to NWBO investors underscored by the lengths that Larry Smith devotes to the topic AND that it is the PRIME CULPRIT for the near vertical descent like Zion's Angel Landing, it's really hard to believe many share your viewpoint. In like fashion, the same can be applied to other emerging biotecs ie CTIX.

I don’t share your sentiments on this: The findings of the investigation may add supportive evidence to set a foundation for guidelines and/or legislation to curb nefarious activity designed to unfairly enrich others or deliberately harm a disruptive competitor. NWBO is not the only victim targeted by misdeeds!

Let's not forget that there was supposed to be an internal investigation concerning the allegations made about the management and CEO of the company. Those allegations have not been addressed to this very day.

The talk of investigation into manipulation of the stock is a separate issue. Let's say that someone like GS is found to have manipulated the stock. They will pay a small penalty and go right back to doing what they do. Read some of the settlements this year concerning dark pool and insider trading violations. It's simply a cost of doing business for those guys, no big deal.

I agree with you. Such a conclusion does not address the issues exposed in the Phase V report. It does not explain the partial clinical hold. It does not explain the multiple year delay with Direct . It does not explain the failure to meet every other publicly stated objective by management over the past few years. I don't see results from the separate investigation as providing any catalyst to the stock at all.
