Most longs are just desperate for positive market-moving news about the trials however, that being said prosecutions should be made if illegal actions by others has taken place and can be proved. We do not know the full remit of the investigation and if the investigation serves for example to also disprove any of the phase 5 accusations. If this is the case this may take some time yet as the accusations are widespread and include Israel, Europe, UK and US so waiting on news of the investigation might be frustrating.

If you truly already believe that prosecution will result already (and I assume you do not mean Ms. Powers and associates), then you should be investing before this news breaks since shares are at an all time low.

So should your wealthy friends.

Why would you wait to buy more until that information comes out?
