Sent Rich an email with a question regarding EASE 360. Hopefully the answer I get back is what I suspect. Will share my thoughts after his response.

Rich was kind enough to already reply to my email. Less than an hour. What a great company we are invested in.

My question was regarding Yippy EASE360 and MC+A. If and when MC+A becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Yippy, not only will MC+A's revenues become part of Yippy, but when the Yippy EASE is installed as the search appliance, Yippy will receive revenues generated from the search appliance, ie revenues that use to go to Google.

So, MC+A is in the 7 figures, based on Rich's statement. I can only imagine how much revenue MC+A generated for Google. Now, not everyone will move to EASE, I am sure some will want to stay will Google for their own reasons, but MC+A will still be able to accommodate them. It is those companies that use the EASE360 that will generate not only MC+A revenues, but also YSA revenues for Yippy!!!!

This is going to be awesome.

Rich, if you read this and I am incorrect, please let me know.

Oh and let's not forget gsat will soon be rolling out Yippy to the 70,000+ customers at $3/user so another $210k/month coming from that soon too!!!

This is the thing that naysayers overlook or downplay. Even if TPLS does not get approval, YIPI will get revenue from the customers that exist now. That's big.

Then there's current and revenue from newly acquired MC+A that will be added to YIPI's books. That's big.

Then there is other GSAT developments besides TLPS that YIPI CEO Rich Granville mentioned in his post when he said: "[GSAT CEO Jay Monroe and] "His team is killing it right now, and the new products coming out overshadow TLPS." That's huge.

Then there's the work that MC+A is doing for adoption of YIPI's better enterprise search solution at less cost to business that will no longer be able to use Google. That's huge.

These in sum are the reasons I am long YIPI.
