This timeline for KMPH contradicts the assertion that ELTP would have already announced the existing of a CRL.

I tend to agree with you on all points. But I also think it would have been hard to keep approval this quiet and the stock has dropped from .39 to .31 in a couple days so I don't know. Coin Flip here, maybe it lands on heads for the longs.

The FDA are very punctual with their calendar. As you've stated, if a CRL was needed the FDA does not waste their time holding information.
Also, good news always reads better on Mondays and bad news on a Friday.

They have a few business days to communicate a CRL, if that was the case. Wouldn't have to receive that news until Tues or Wed.
