From my experience on biotech stocks ( i usually dont buy OTC) a CRL would of been already released either AH yesterday or this morning. All day with out a PR of a CRL is a good sign, a CRL would of been alot easier to release. They most likely have approval on hand but had to discuss certain things with the FDA(labeling) before approval release. Plus a monday approval sounds very intriguing if you want the stock to gain momentum all week.
