This had nothing to do with approval/rejection. Yesterday, was just traders taking run-up money. There was absolutely no word of approval status, because it was still taking place. Today, likely traders exiting and holders spooked off a bit because of delay. But the volume was low...I've seen higher volume days on this stock, and the price swings by maybe a penny or less.

I know for a fact that such information can be kept very quiet. Anyone within the company who sells prior to bad news after it was given, would risk jail (and they do check). NH--he's sitting on 150m shares right now, how's he going to be dumping?

I bet the odds in our favor are much better than a coin flip, but nothing is for certain. But the measure of a dropping share price on no news, with slightly more than average volume and an MM essentially directing the sp--than the sp and the past weeks action (including run-up to .38) is no indication of approval or denial per the company's Priority review.
