I whole heartedly agree. Just trying to point out to iclight that he is incorrect about the threat of bankruptcy because of a late mortgage payment. Lots of "woe is me" hand wringing over things that are not front and center issues. I mentioned the possibility of reworking the mortgage as one of the reasons why bankruptcy is not yet in the cards.
