They are all just wishful thinking; it's natural. Just like they are wishing for a share buyback. Why would this particular company with a history of reverse split buy back shares when they can just take them back.

Heck, some people are still naive to think that SFOR still has 2 million cash on hand. LOL

I hear ya...Fact that it's verifiable, dollar amount settled on and actuality that settlement was executed, says plenty to the other parties that may be guilty of doing the same thing.


I have been holding QLTS for like 3 years...Started buying @ .0017. Bought down to .0007...Made a move to .0196 last year. Granted it has been an up and down year with it( still waiting on financing news), but I made money on the move, and my patience may pay off even better if they secure funding
