Investors may also recognize the time involved it these proposed new lawsuits. The settlement with PhoneFactor/MS only took three years. Yep, filed in 2013 and dismissed in 2016.

There was no legal determination in the PhoneFactor/MS case. There was a settlement which involved licensing the patented process to MS for a fee. All legal actions were dismissed with prejudice, meaning they can't be brought again against MS. No precedent was established by the settlement.

So, maybe in three more years there will be some resolution to the as yet unfiled lawsuits. That's a long time to hold a penny stock....
