What constitutes a material event?

Since SOMETHING had to occur on 6/29 would it not be considered a material event which must be reported within 4 business days?

1) If the debt was repaid on or before 6/29 as required?

2) If the due date was extended beyond 6/29 for reasons yet to be announced?

3) If ISC defaulted on it's debt?
