This is a pink sheet folks. Everyone is getting too wrapped up in the "SEC says it has to be made public in 4 days". This is a pink sheet. They do what they want.

Can anyone name a single company in the last 30 years that the SEC has taken action on for not making public an event within 4 days? And don't even try to tell me every event in the history of American business has been announced within 4 days.

This is the pinks. They will announce the bad news when they feel like it. "My dog ate my homework" will be the excuse the CEO can use for being late.
