There is nothing illegal about the way ESCU valued their asset. It's just not very forthcoming is all.
They are intentionally inflating the valuation to make the stock look like it has value.
Anybody with half a brain and a bit of research can see that all ESCU has is an old patent on an upgrade to the blade structure on a windmill design from the early 1900's.
They are simply one more player in a saturated industry.
