I will get on my speed dial and call SEC and report this valuation information in case they didn't know about it!

Oh, wait...They have gone through this process for millions of other companies and no one complained about their level of expertise so I believe it would be laughable to question their work just because I don't like that they didn't have any problems with ESCU 40 MILLION dollars appraised asset! LOL
