You really do not get it do you. Even if they started buying all the shares they wanted they would drive the price up so they would blow through .10. but again they could care less i think about a measly 7.5 million dollars.

The prize here is Kevin Jones & a little part the Redbird systems but again if they wanted the systems they would just buy one and reverse build it without anyone really knowing.

They have a Country problem and need solutions FAST. You do not get a little company working with 3 BILLION Dollar state companies if they did not need or believe in the product and Kevin.

His expertise is invaluable to them he went over there to talk contract and manufacturing and they flew him to the middle of nowhere to see if they had a solution for a Province not a town put a whole province. Matching CDNL with a major and i mean major manufacturing company who is going to build a factory to assemble these in china is a sign right of respect and the behind the power behind this venture.

I am pretty sure the tranche's are held up for multiple reasons but the main would be to make sure Kevin follows through with CAMWATER as they need him for the contacts to deliver those units and to make sure the factory is up and running. I mean you don't want to give someone in another country 7.5 million then have them retire all of the sudden. Those companies have the power in china to push a measly 7.5 million through so i wouldn't worry about that.

Kevin Jones is they type of person that just walks around and gets sales the biggest problem has always been manufacturing and the huge upfront costs associated with it but i would assume getting government guarantee's of payment with all the BS politics involved. My guess is sales will become a lot easier as are partners can wield the big old China stick around and impress and move things a lot faster. Hell they already involved the BANK OF CHINA in the CAMWATER deal and after that starts i am sure it will just be the beginning. Just feel bad that it took the china deal to get this company rolling but i guess that is the times and at least it is rolling and not stuck in dream land anymore.
