Thank you... This makes the rest of it a moot point, because the people (a third party mind you) who DO have all the information, (including this nice bullet list you have prepared), have said there is no factual evidence to support the allegations and that they are baseless. The point is, the minute one accepts one does not have all the facts, one concedes to those who do, and in this case it is ALL of the auditors (who are a third party), on record, in court, saying there is no factual evidence to support the baseless claims.

Let us know when you address the two-year-old conspiracy theory with Ed via his email account, and whether he responds. Otherwise, I'm fine knowing that Sierra Global retained assets they acquired as owners of GreenPay LLC.

Shareholder: Does Myecheck and/or Greenpay or any MEC affiliate own any of the properties highlighted in the law suit? Simple yes or no answer...

On August 20, 2014, MyECheck completed the acquisition of its licensee, GreenPay, LLC. The net purchase price for the licenses sold to Sierra Global was determined to be $412,000 after the acquisition of GreenPay, LLC. The license issued to GreenPay, LLC on February 24, 2014 will remain with Sierra Global per the terms and conditions of the merger. In addition, certain other assets owned by GreenPay, LLC were retained by Sierra Global. The acquisition of GreenPay, LLC was limited to acquiring the name and the business plan for GreenPay, LLC. All other assets were excluded from the acquisition. GreenPay, LLC is now a wholly owned subsidiary of MyECheck, Inc. GreenPay assets are owned by MyECheck, however GreenPay will be operated as a separate entity and will move forward with an independent board of directors and management in 2016.
