I agree with you that we do not have all of the information, but here is what we do have:

Fact: Tax assessors show on their records Greenpay and Myecheck own multiple properties...that is obviously proven without a doubt.

Fact: No one has addressed the house Myec owns in El Dorado Hills which has nothing to do with the lawsuit...but the taxing authorities show this house owned by Myec and it is used as a Greenpay address so it is irrefutably owned by Myec regardless of the Mycheck typo.

Fact: Ed himself said Greenpay purchased the properties prior to Myec's acquisition of Greenpay and the real estate should have stayed with Sierra Global....I am sure everyone agrees with this because Ed said it on FB.

So at this point, even Ed is agreeing that at some point Greenpay owned those houses.

Fact: A deed exists on the Douglas county website that shows a property deeded to Greenpay/Ed Starrs AFTER the date Greenpay was acquired by Myec. Anyone can look this up and it has been posted many times. Irrefutable this deed exists.

Fact: The agreement with Sierra Global for the purchase of Greenpay does NOT state any assets of Greenpay are to be retained by Sierra Global. That is just a fact...read the document.

Irregardless of the lawsuit, the auditors, or what information is missing, the above facts are 100% proven true. I challenge anyone to actually prove something above is not true.

This is not a courtroom, this is a place for investors to learn and discuss stocks. People can make their own opinions based upon the information available today. My mind has certainly changed as more information became available on this stock.

Do not buy or sell any stock based on anything I post. Do not consider any of my posts financial advice. Posts from me are just my opinion regardless if I state it or not in my posts.
