No one else do have more information than the Tax Bureau, I trust the Government filings much more than "Ed" and his auditors.

One other Fact we have to process:

The press release issued at the time of the Greenpay purchase is consistent with the SEC filings in that it states all of the assets of Greenpay go with the sale to Myec.

GreenPay assets are owned by MyECheck, however GreenPay will be operated as a separate entity with an independent board of directors and management.
