The author intended and in fact caused the price of Cellceutix’s stock to decline. This type of manipulation of publicly traded stock is illegal and causes harm to companies and investors. Cellceutix refuted via public PR every point made in the SA article that Rosen used as the basis for their class action suit.

So far, NWBO's defense is calling all of the PhaseV charges "baloney".

Quite the apples to oranges comparison.

And CTIX didn't have a ticked of NW waiting on the results of this 3 month overdue investigation. He won't be suing with an ambulance chaser firm.
