I'm pretty certain the general advice is that litigants refrain from trying their cases in the media or through PRs. So NWBO might be practicing caution in that manner. Besides, if someone is throwing mud to see what sticks, do you respond every time? Do you allow them to set your PR agenda?

Cellceutix refuted via public PR every point made in the SA article that Rosen used as the basis for their class action suit.

So far, NWBO's defense is calling all of the PhaseV charges "baloney".
