Looks like a pretty small player. Total market cap C$7million AFTER jumping 128% today on the announcement of the Gulf deals. New mgmt team appointed 6/6/16 so maybe the new team has brought money. Their last posted financials as of 9/30/15 didn't show enough cash to make the $200K payment much less all the other obligations noted in the PR. Maybe new mgmt invested cash when they came in?
Energulf knows what their doing they just lost most of there market cap from chasing Namibian pre salt deep targets looks like they want to do the same but closer to the U.S.
