Too funny. There will never be a settlement. There is no reason for one; nor does IFUS have enough money to offer in settlement. MW's first offer was a joke and an insult. The intimidation actions won't help either.
BTW, the patent is where it belongs and with who it belongs. It is being put to good use and is being well taken care of.
There could be nothing further from the truth than this insane hullabaloo about fraud in the Patent process. But, I suppose it gins up enough enthusiasm for MW to get a few more "share holder," aka donations. I believe his immediate needs are $30,000.00 for over due attorney's fees.
