I totally agree, but a lesson to be learned is not to get greedy by passing up a very attractive settlement offer when the boot boys cave into IFUS, and risk a long term, drop dead, drag out battle that does more damage long term for too little future additional upside of a better win. But only if they settle for our demands.

The list you made could easily be 10s of millions, which I doubt the non bankrupt boot brother has. Now if the third party, now on the hook in the federal case, Abzorbez, and the huge Texas feed lot owner(s)that is part of Absorbez, have that kind of money, and they just may, if I were them, I would be pressing the boot brothers, especially Steve A., to bail and settle immediately for whatever than can get Marc to settle for!!!
