That is simply because there haven't been any similar court cases....ever. This is unique in so many ways it is difficult to count the ways. No two court cases in the penny world alike. Most are pump and dump and dilute schemes. There is no pump and dump ever been shown here and no dilution of the stock since A/S and O/S has remained the same.
Complete Nonsense.The court date will be set on June 9TH,probably for early December with no more delays by the boot brothers..A case like this usually runs for 2-3 days.A verdict will be reached.When the boot brothers lose they can not appeal just because they do not like the result...no legitimate reason no appeal.
The reality is IFUS and it's shareholders will win big time just like they have on every motion that the boot brothers requested that was denied.
The evidence according to the judge is worthy of being heard.

This court case will benefit shareholders by the end of the year or earlier if the boot brothers offer a settlement to avoid jail time for patent fraud and theft of trade secrets and Marc accepts it.
