The original records only mean the equipment was originally sold. Given WaWa's affinity for misappropriating anything he can get his hands on, there is little doubt the equipment has been, as far as possible hocked. Little of it is in any kind of working condition anyway.
The reality is that IFUS will never win a nickel. Suppose they did ... at best 3-4 years from now ... the verdict would be appealed as much as needed for years and years and years. If any money was eventually awarded, it would go straight into Walther's & Windsor's pockets. Bag Holders would never, ever see any of the money, nor would the company, nor any of those who have foolishly loaned WaWa money.
This whole scenario is quite familiar. I have never seen any similar court cases accrue to the benefit of investors ... ever! IFUS is dead money now ... and always will be.
