Snackman, would you mind articulating how my post is "off the wall". Numerous esteemed posters have remarked all week re. the "off the wall" trading in wavx due to the r/s. Do you really think it would have been prudent for wavx to release news into this environment?

Btw, I have posted twice in a civil manner and have been attacked by you and waverider. (calling my posts "off the wall" and responding "whaaaat ... geeez). Nice board.

kikaro & Snackman/Not That Off the Wall

While the NASDAQ decision effectively required that there be an unduly disruptive transition, the fact remains that many shares have been in limbo for days, due mostly to the normal and forseeable ineptitude of brokers. If Wave had released market moving news into this illiquid market, there might have been allegations that they were exploiting the situation. Could such accusations have been sustained? Of course not. But it is not far fetched to wonder whether someone would have made the accusation.

Things have settled down now. I believe that most shares should finally be readily available for trading. However, the market remains illiquid and the float is smaller. If Wave had any news of consequence to release, I think it would make a sigificant impact.
