Tim, come on. If Wave had a material event happen they would have to announce it by law. You say it's not a good market, but the people buying and selling aren't saying that.
I bought stock this morning, I have no problem with the market.
But to say that it is correct that a law suit could be brought against Wave for releasing a material event in this market is ludicrous in my opinion.
