So basically to summarize " Dbmm sucks and has accomplished nothing other then defrauding shareholders with false promises and PR's but we need to dump more shares on shareholders heads to pay our salaries so this is our new carrot. Claim everything will be in a filing which was due months ago. Anybody falling for these clowns charades needs their head examined.
