To restate from the last PR: “The business is on track, but there has been a lack of acknowledgement by the market, and that is a hurdle. This is why the Company is determined to include all events and actions in the 10-K filing, irrespective of timelines, coincident with the 10-K in order to capture all the positive material events through the 2Q2016 timeframe. The decision is particularly important this year because of the revenue increase coupled with the elimination of certain debt and associated derivative liability and interest.”
