To be fair to JS on this one point, it could be a legal issue. Some have posted that JS dumped a bunch of shares during the slide from 20 cents down to sub-penny PPS to help push IFUS into BK. Others have posted that he hasn't sold a single share. I personally don't know. But if he didn't sell earlier, then he might own so many shares as to have, as pantherj points out, insider status. He would then need to make public any shares sold. In which case his attorney might be advising him to hold on to the shares while they are in litigation with the company. It simply may not be Joe's decision to make whether to sell any remaining shares or not.

The story line for three years has been that Ol' Joe was selling everything in an effort to destroy the PPS. Supposedly, he single-handedly killed the market.

But now, since it has become pretty obvious that he didn't sell and all that three years of rhetoric was worthless babble designed to confuse, cover-up and misdirect ... now IFUS wants people to believe Ol' Joe is hanging on to his shares because he thinks IFUS will be worth a bundle. That is laughable.

Maybe, just maybe, he isn't selling because he knows IFUS is a scam and he wants to stay clear of involvement.
