Actually he did. He also invited friends into this. He deliberately manipulated the pps and had insider information. The SEC will know about this and he'll have to account for every share bought and sold. All of this is on tge books already and is part of the original state case file AND is one of the main reasons the bungle boys went out right away (same day) and hired a CRIMINAL DEFENSE TEAM when confronted with proof and hard evidence.
