Think he owns too many shares to do that, also it is him that calls the agm that we haven't had for years. A class action suit for fraud and miss leading shareholders is doable IMO tho
Whatever has gone on for this long with He and JL is painful for longtime MSX shareholders. JL overstates everything where he and only he has the keys to the Kingdome! Funny how the Courts of Chile have not supported this as yet. Barrick go on their merry way with criminal statements and a false and fraudulent securities filing.All based on the injunction being still valid.
The only "ASSET" we have is that if this thing ever gets to any legal traction on its merits we are part of whatever that will be and where it will lead.
