No point in a lawsuit... you'd never see a dime. MSX has no assets, and I don't think you'd get anything out of Brent. Besides, who would want to pay for a lawyer to go after nothing... and what lawyer would take on the case for a percentage basis if there's 0 to recover?

Shareholders just have to wait and see where this leaking ship drifts, IMO.

Actually……there is a way to get rid of Brent Johnson without any “shareholder vote”…..AND eventually get MSX trading again….and maybe even make Your investment back plus much more.

I have personally have had numerous correspondences ( both by email and phone) with both Romolo DiFonzo BCSC head investigator AND BCSC attorney Shawn McColm. I assure you that as long as Brent Johnson is at the helm MSX will never trade again. You just may find you wake up one day soon and MSX is permanently delisted....then your out of luck.

The BCSC is actively looking for shareholders who have lost money on MSX to file complaints against MSX/ Brent Johnson…..this was told to me in a phone conversation that I had with both of them. I will leave the contact information below.

Here is the ONLY scenario involving MSX that has a chance …….Brent Johnson is relieved of his duties by the BCSC. They will either cancel/freeze his shares or make them nonvoting. The BOD appoints a new CEO. (MAYBE even a large shareholder with some kind of business experience) That CEO actually keeps the shareholders best interests in mind and makes a viable company out of MSX. Although MSX does have a lot of debt and pending litigation that make the company AS IT STANDS basically worthless it would not be impossible for this to be turned around by someone that was looking out for EVERYONE'S best interests…..not just their own.

The turnaround may take a couple of years……but it would be worth it if you could get .75 – 1.00 or more for your shares. The one thing MSX as a company actually has that is somewhat good is that it does have a fairly small amount of outstanding shares which could lead to fast, significant share price gains with good REAL and PROVABLE news.

Oh……and as far as Lopehandia is concerned? I take this quote from a phone conversation with the BCSC. “ The man is insane…..he actually believes he owns it! (Mina Pascua)”

So, below is the contact info....do people REALLY want something to happen to save MSX.....or is it just talk?
