That really makes perfect sense, thank you for explaining. I was overlooking the liquidity part. And at the end of the day, this is ihub, I really don't think that we stand a chance in influencing a company as big as they are.

I agree with you Rick but I think the stock moves quicker than they were planning I'm pretty sure the Insiders wanted to scoop up as much of this stock as they could before people caught on so that they could buy in very cheap now the cat was out of the bag so yes they have no interest and stopping it they want it to move it only helps them.

Yes if Klean was not merging with harmonic energy they would have made an announcement by now to stop the movement and speculation the fact that they have been silent other than their tweet which was positive says a ton. As a CEO if I was not merging I would not want to have my company being traded in another stock and would have made an announcement as soon as it came to light, but we both know this is not the deal a merger is coming and they are happy to see this stock jump.

If ASUV posted their up to date filings on 16 February, you can be sure it took approximately three months minimum or so to prepare them.

So, that means that discussions on a merger probably too place late last year and they decided to start doing what they needed to, to prepare the pathway. I'm presuming that's how long this has been in the works?
