Good thinking Batman! Companies, don't, usually seem so sure they're going public, that,they add pages to their website for Investors - already with a fully functioning drop down menu for stock price, SEC filings, Press Releases etc.
I have to say, in all the reverse merges I've seen taking place, I've not seen that much preparation on a website, before, the merger, or reverse merger was announced.
One theory might be that they have a time table they have planned out.
I've just checked the FINRA website, and as far as I'm able to tell Klean has not applied for a public listing in it's own name..
It's all there just hover over the Investors button on the far right hand side.
