Let me make something perfectly clear. The Idea of having a publicly traded stock is having the masses follow it, bet on it. buy shares in it. short it. whatever...the idea is a simple word ---- LIQUIDITY...and the more people know about a companies stock the better....

In fact lets say for example that Klean realized the word had "leaked" of this merger...or to put it in better terms " great investigators put it all together" that the merger was going to happen.... that would only make the company want to do it more...they would KNOW that from day ONE, the companies stock would be heavily traded....as all of IHUB would soon be buying and selling stock...This would not be frowned upon, but greatly EMBRACED...for they can use that heavily traded stock as CURRENCY...if no one is buying or selling a companies stock , even if its at a high price its BASICALLY WORTHLESS...For if a stock is at 5 bucks, but you sell 5000 shares and it drops it to 2 bucks..that sucks...IE- no liquidity..

again, the most important thing about a stock is LIQUIDITY....is the stock liquid? can future investors get in and out with ease ? This is a HEAD-START in terms of "liquidity" for this companies future stock.

It would only have a positive effect. They would never say "oops, the word is out, we better cancel the deal" ....This plan has been in the works for a long time..nothing will change now.

PLUS +++ The fact that I uncovered the business plans of both companies... THE acquirer is saying we plan on doing THIS......While the potential acquiree HOLDS THE RIGHTS FOR THOSE TECHNOLOGIES IN THOSE AREAS :)
