Take a look at the conversion numbers and you can understand. 3 mn converted and 2 and change still staying. DM does not do deals to do "ok" and they know what this company means to the potential buyerS which were quoted as 5-6 parties. Also your speculation about when they stopped selling is baseless as you don't know the numbers and no one does re their sales.
