not sure about that claim. They could have sold as soon as they converted on Sept 24. The strategic review wasn't announced until after that.

To the other poster, I try to consider more than one side of an issue objectively. I don't call that being passive aggressive. I don't have the conviction others have here. I can see the positive as plausible though.

I have a good chunk that I'll wait out for news without flipping. If the price drops I may buy more. I certainly have flipped this after not doing so for a long time. The fundamental weakness of the company combined with government dependence and delays, and a low degree of transparency have all combined to make this a pretty lousy investment - and much better suited for short term trading.
