Thanks Moe, what I meant in my post was ....I never saw anyone suggesting we would see a penny on the release of the 10q. I had always said that I expected the 10q to be a non-event or disappointment, depending on how high we got in anticipation of it. The pps is reacting exactly as I thought it would but I also expect those who sell here will be disappointed as Mark has said he expects to file suits of other infringements. He didn't say when but it sounded like it was going to be soon.

Anyone buying a stock under a dollar expecting a clean balance sheet is retarded at best.

Now perspective is needed compared to all companies with PPS of .01 and lower the have the most cash on hand and more settlements to come.

People got to put this in perspective here.
