FYI, If the company had a real earnings call and took real questions from the shareholders we would have settled all this on the call. I know a number of people that asked about the Preferred B shares and they did not answer it.But they chose to answer what they wanted to and chose to ignor an issue as important as this that they were getting from multiple concerned share holders. I had contacted Investor relations and they sent me to their attorneys and the attorneys told me to read the filings. Nobody is saying it is going to happen tomorrow. But for certain when it happens common shareholders get hammered!

I also remember when the o/s was at 200 and he said he on a conference call that he had no intention on increasing the share count from 350 million....that was a year ago

I agree. The RS info is being blown out of proportion. It was filed in the event Nasdaq being within reach or if a big financier were to require it in exchange for a good amount of financing. But just like there was a big run up to .62 on speculation, we are seeing a similar event but a slide down based on exaggerated fears that may not even come to light anytime soon. Even though I only hold common shares, and even though they would be reduced in the event of a RS, I'm just setting myself up to be able to handle the worst case scenario of the 1:20 even though it's more likely it would be closer to 1:5. Everyone can make their claims if they want but I'm not calling "Abandon ship" when it's just a possibility. I don't buy when things are just hype, and I don't sell when it's just fear. Based on my DD, all this RS chatter here is just people giving into fear. To me, that's just as bad as giving into unsubstantiated hype.

This is their last grand shot at driving price down to cover. in a very concerted effort this commentary has been.
Balls to the wall they are creating fear as fear works. Take everything said with many grains of salt.
