true. the filings are so long and convoluted that they expect that most would have no idea. However, its the information/twitter/sharing revolution that will end up creating its own momentum. They cant fall on their sword and take the clause out, so they are just going to pretend like it never even happened.
I was oh so bullish on this biz plan, if NV legalizes anyway, and now its more just eye candy to watch the carnage.
I did realize, and posted here that earnings would be awful for xyz reasons, not even knowing about the extractor thang, and so I did extract all of our capital weeks ago.
There are at least two other good mj plays but I think the having the leader fall so hard is having a minor negative effect on the whole sector.
