Was Kimmy coerced into getting a loan from Toxic Lender TCA by her employer - Schadel at LTNC? Did Schadel add even more pressure to Kimmy by being the majority shareholder of TSGL?

I think you are exactly right the TSGL deal will be the downfall of Schadel.
