There's the fact his employee runs the other company, the preferred share maneuver, and the toxic lending manipulation through TSGL for a minority interest in Labor Smart branches...UNDISCLOSED branches...for a ridiculous amount of money that Schadel is burning through just to stave off expanding litigation for breach of contract and fraud.
