If we are looking for the state case in the years you
said then the fed case will be longer.

In plain English the 245,000,00 is ADIOS AMIGO.

Maybe because the booty's tried to have the state case
dismissed and the state judge said NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

It is very simple. If MW has the proof of what is in
Post #43004 it is all over for the booty's.

We will find out when the judge says it is time
to go forward.

IMO once that happens the booty's will look to deal.

Their stall tactics of DELAYING are over.

Actually it's not. The Patent Office is aware of the BB's fraudulent application....not far away from under investigation. The legal crunch is now turning on the BB's.

lol...the State Judge does believe it. Might want to look a little closer to the State file. A couple of the judge's comments tells me this is why they filed the fed case. Cut and dry.

BTW, that didn't work either...
